SUMMARY:
Bang, Bomb, and Fubuki, all of whom were previously excluded from the operation, joins the S-Class heroes on the surface. Most of the heroes on the surface was unaware of this and Atomic Samurai proceeds to question Child Emperor. After everything is explained, Bang forgives Child Emperor while Fubuki pleads to the heroes to assist her sister Tatsumaki as she was losing consciousness. While Drive Knight and Genos protect an unconscious Tatsumaki from Psykos, she has a flashback to 18 years ago in some research institute. A monster goes rogue inside the institute and Tatsumaki was locked in her cell, unable to escape.
