One Punch Man Season 2 Episode 6

SUMMARY

In One Punch Man Season 2 Episode 06 (aka Episode 18), “The Monster Uprising,” our hero Saitama advanced to the next round of a martial arts tournament where he faced off against a two-time champion. His opponent was so scared that paramedics stood nearby with stretchers — and after the match, you can probably guess who actually needed a stretcher! Meanwhile, the monsters continue to spread and Genos, not wanting to interrupt his master’s participation in the tournament, decides to go on the offensive. He was doing well until a threat appeared that even his abilities could not contain. In the end, Fubuki was fighting a losing battle against Super S (Do-S). Can he hold his own? Will he have to call for backup? Or will backup call her?

Best Moments

The heroes have their own monster. And despite the way she talks to her younger sister, it’s clear that she’s unhappy that anyone would try to hurt her. Seriously unsatisfied. Catch from the Hulu stream. Well, I feel embarrassed. At the end of my Best in Show review for episode 5, I said that “We didn’t get to see the end of the battle, but my money is on Fubuki.” I guess I lost that bet!. Super S used her whip to turn Fubuki’s team against her. She tried to fight on two fronts, but Super S finally broke through and gave Fubuki a painful blow. The villain could have defeated Fubuki then and there, but she made a serious tactical error: she said out loud that she could use Fubuki as bait to capture the real hero, Tatsumaki, the Terrible Tornado, who “would make a much better toy” (16:23).

Faster than you can say “sibling rivalry”, Fubuki rebounded so hard that she briefly turned black and white (you know things are serious when a character’s fury changes color!). However, despite Fubuki’s strong counterattack, Fubuki still looked unsatisfied. Then the ground shook.Super S didn’t know what was going on. Fubuki said that her older sister felt when Fubuki was in pain. And the older sister was displeased. The explosions were coming. Then part of the monster hit the ground right in front of Super S. She barely choked out her warning, “The heroes had their own monster…!”And there she was. Hanging in the air with smoke billowing behind her, Tatsumaki told her sister to go home. This is how entry is made! I thought I liked Fubuki’s entrance last week. But her sister was ahead of her.Do me a favor, will you? Don’t tell Fubuki I said that. I think she is a bit sensitive about her sister’s performance…
